Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Certain items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items). These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return:

• Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at sales@projectdarwin.shop
• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item.
• Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.  
• Return Address: Send your return to the address provided with your RMA.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
• Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• If an item is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error, we retain the right to only issue a partial refund.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.  
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
